“Weaving Dreams”
The foundation aims to economically empower women artisans through sustainable businesses and access to international markets. Through comprehensive training, productive projects, and an e-commerce platform with the Sello Azul, it promotes financial autonomy, the preservation of traditional techniques, and income generation without intermediaries.
“Leaders of Tomorrow”
The foundation aims to strengthen the social and business leadership of women in vulnerable communities, encouraging them to take on decision-making roles and become agents of change. Through comprehensive training in leadership, effective communication, negotiation, and teamwork, along with mentoring and networking programs, self-confidence is fostered and gender stereotypes are overcome. The expected impact is the creation of a network of professionals and collaborative groups that provide mutual support and strengthen participants’ capabilities in their businesses and communities.
“Strong Roots”
The foundation aims to train women to start organic agriculture ventures and sustainable production, addressing both socioeconomic vulnerability and environmental challenges. Through training in sustainable production practices, environmental education, and access to microcredits via the AC Geithner Fund, the generation of responsible income is promoted. The expected impact includes improving the quality of life for families, mitigating environmental degradation, and promoting healthier, more balanced communities.
“Holistic Health and Entrepreneurship”
The foundation offers comprehensive psychosocial support to strengthen the mental health and resilience of women in vulnerable communities, as a complement to their business development. Through emotional well-being programs, occupational therapy, and collaborative support networks, self-care, stress management, and personal growth are promoted. The expected impact is a reduction in anxiety, strengthened self-sufficiency, and greater confidence to navigate personal and professional environments.
“Connecting Opportunities”
The foundation seeks to overcome limitations in education and training through ongoing technical and digital professional development, strengthening women’s competitiveness in today’s job market. Through continuous education programs, e-commerce training, and community-based learning, updated skills and mutual support are promoted. The expected impact is greater autonomy, better professional integration, and sustainable improvement of living conditions.
