IDENTIFYING INFORMATION OF THE PRIVACY POLICY

Fundación AC Geithner, with registered office at ADEO INTERNATIONAL BUSINESS Medellín, Colombia, will provide Users of the services offered through the Fundación AC Geithner Website www.fundacionacgeithner.com with the necessary information so that, prior to this, they may give their consent for Fundación AC Geithner to process their personal data, allowing Users to freely decide whether they wish to provide the data that may be required in connection with the subscription or registration for the services offered by Fundación AC Geithner through the Website.

The Client expressly accepts the transfer of personal data described herein, in accordance with current legislation and solely for the purpose of providing the contracted service through the Website.

12. Processing of Personal Data by Other Third-Party Controllers

Fundación AC Geithner informs the Client that when purchasing a product and/or service offered through the Website, USING THE SECURE PAYMENT GATEWAY AS THE PAYMENT METHOD, their personal data will be processed by the intermediary financial entities managing the collection and payment of the purchased products, as well as by the corresponding PAYMENT RECIPIENT, for the purpose of fulfilling, developing and controlling the established commercial relationship, managing the order placed and delivering it to the address indicated by the Client.

Fundación AC Geithner will not have access to Clients’ banking data. The banking entity that owns the payment gateway, depending on the payment system used, will be responsible for managing all operations related to payment processing, under the highest security standards applied in the sector.

The processing of the Client’s personal data by these payment processing intermediaries will be carried out under the responsibility of each entity and in accordance with their respective privacy policies and terms of use. Fundación AC Geithner shall not be responsible for the processing and storage of Client data in the files of these third parties.

COMMERCIAL COMMUNICATIONS

Likewise, Fundación AC Geithner informs that it will request the User’s consent to process their email address for commercial purposes at the time of creating an account (or registering as a Client) by accepting the checkbox:
